Eee PC 901, 1000, and 1000(H)
Asus announced its Atom-based Eee PCs today. Notably, there will be two version with 10-inch screens, one of which will have an 80GB HDD. Asus is also claiming a very impressive 7+ hours maximum battery life on all three models. Pricing is estimated (by currency converstion) to start around $550. Apparently the display resolution is unchanged, which means I’ll be waiting for either the Atom/Isaiah version of the Mini-Note or Dell’s Mini-Inspiron which, according to an anonymous commenter on Dell’s blog, will have everything I want for less dinero.
