Boosting Signal-To-Noise In IRC
xkcd creator Randall Munroe came up with an interesting way to enforce high signal-to-noise in an IRC channel. I stopped in the test channel (#xkcd-signal on irc.xkcd.com) today and found it to be incredibly effective.
