Verizon: Dollars = Cents
George Vaccaro was misquoted the roaming data rate by Verizon employees and subsequently overcharged for his usage. In an attempt to rectify the issue, he discovers that there is no one at Verizon who understands the difference between 0.002 dollars and 0.002 cents.
